We've spent over a decade building psychological tools for clinicians, and now we're applying that same evidence-based approach to self-understanding. Insightable Mind offers free, psychological self-assessments designed for personal reflection, explained clearly and honestly.

Who's behind Insightable Mind

Insightable Mind is created by the team behind NovoPsych — a psychology platform used by clinicians and researchers internationally. We saw a clear gap: people wanted thoughtful, evidence-based self-reflection, but were met with either inaccessible clinical language or overly simplistic quizzes.

So we adapted the same frameworks used in clinical settings and redesigned them for self-exploration — clear, explanatory, and grounded in real psychological science. Our team includes clinical psychologists specialising in assessment design, psychometrics researchers, and product leaders with backgrounds in wellbeing and ethical design.
